I had my Furnace go out the day after Christmas. I called Quality Air and they sent someone out immediately. Unfortunately, it wasn't just the blower motor. The entire combo unit had to be replaced. Tim from Quality Air and his distributor worked everyday including weekends to find a Goodman combo unit across the entire United States. They kept me updated on a daily basis as to the progress. When they finally found a unit they had the crane and crew ready to install it immediately. They removed the old unit and installed the new one in a matter of hours. You couldn't find a better company than Quality Air to handle your furnace and air conditioning needs. There staff and especially Tim are the finest people you'll ever work with

I first used Tim back last year on Labor Day when my AC suddenly broke, it was a holiday and he still picked up the phone and sent someone straight out. They fixed the problem in no time at all and were very reasonable. I was shocked I could get someone out there on the holiday and get it back and running right away.

My AC recently went down at another property I own and I made the bad decision of going with another company as they were available right away. They botched the job, and left mid way through saying they didn't know what to do after I had folked out thousands on new parts. I phoned Tim up and he sent someone right over, they helped put everything back together for such a reasonable price and were so kind and helpful and reassuring after the awful experience I had with the company prior to them.

Had outdated, old duct work attached to a broken system. Been around the construction field for a minute and have dealt and heard about Quality Air Conditioning for some time now in the new construction market. Called Tim and he was there ready to please and did everything I asked. He came over and did a job walk. He explained what he was going to do. Answered my questions and got the bid done fast. His team (included one of his sons) removed and replaced all my duct work and removed my old gas electric system with a new high SEER electric heat pump. No More Gas. Unit and airflow are awesome now. Wish I could have done it sooner. Tim and Quality Air got it done.
